What’s new?

- Licensing and Royalty Distribution Financial Details. A Licensing CMO user may now add financial details related to the licensing of the live performance.
Improvements

- In the Live Performance details view, the Google Maps frame showing venue location has been changed to a link to Google Maps, and the map view is opened on a separate tab when clicked.
Fixes

- Fixed a bug, where in certain situations when a CMO user is toggling between the views “Licensing” and “Abroad”, no live performances are displayed and the error message “There are currently no performances we consider to be relevant to you. This can heppen even though such relevant live performances should be displayed.

What’s new?

- A Performing Artist or CMO representative user can now manually add a song to the setlist in the situation that he/she cannot find from the database the musical title he/she is looking for.
- A setlist amended to a live performance now has two statuses, and user entering the setlist may confirm it being final
Improvements

- The lifecycle model of the processing of a live performance has been changed. It now has five steps instead of four, and the steps are named in a fashion better describing the process of clearing the licensing and royalty calculation of a live performance

Concertify 1.0 (Beta)

The features of the beta version of Concertify
General
- Concertify provides a GUI interface for performing artist representive users and CMO representative users
- Concertify provides an API interface for CMOs’ client applications
- Artists can be affiliated to a performing rights society (home CMO)
- Concertify imports prefilled live event information from online ticket vendors to which users can amend information
- Venues can be searched from Google Maps
- To be used for creating setlists, Concertify has a fixed musical work repertoire for affiliated piloting artists

- Find pre-filled live performances imported from online ticket vendors for his/her artists
- Browse them in a list view
- Open a chosen performance for details view
- Search musical works to be included in their setlists
